Ronald Gainor received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany in 1982 and both his law degrees, a J.D and LL.M in Litigation, from Emory University in 1985 and 1986, respectively.
From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Gainor served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida where he tried over 30 jury trials, including a dozen trials as Assistant State Attorney in the Narcotics Division.
From 1989-1990, Mr. Gainor served as an Associate Attorney in the law firm of Weiner, Robbins, Tunkey and Ross, a prestigious criminal defense firm located in Miami, Florida, where he tried over a dozen felony jury trials in cases alleging white collar and narcotic crimes.
From 1990 to present, Mr Gainor was the founding partner in the law firm of the Law Offices of Ronald Gainor, which later became Gainor & Donner, a law firm concentrating in the defense of complex white collar fraud cases throughout the country. Mr Gainor and his partner, Amber Donner, have successfully represented persons charged with healthcare, securities, bank, real estate, transportation/moving and mortgage fraud in Federal Courts in Florida, New York, Colorado, Georgia and California.
