Appeals & Presidential Pardons
Mr. Gainor has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court as well as various Circuit Courts of Appeal in the United States. He and his partner, Amber Donner, have prepared and argued appeals throughout the country and have been responsible for Petitions of Cert before the Supreme Court.
Mr. Gainor is also the chair of the Presidential Pardons & Clemency Unit which, in collaboration with other colleagues, prepares and submits pardon and clemency petitions directly to the White House and White House Counsel in Washington, DC.
Federal Appeals
Experienced in appellate practice before multiple Circuit Courts of Appeal, including preparation of briefs, oral argument, and Petitions for Certiorari before the United States Supreme Court.
Presidential Pardons & Clemency
As chair of the Presidential Pardons & Clemency Unit, Mr. Gainor prepares and submits pardon and clemency petitions directly to the White House and White House Counsel.
